Motorhome and RV

Exceptional fuel economy, low operating costs and legendary reliability make Cummins diesel engines a top choice for RVs.

Owners of Cummins-powered motorhomes enjoy peace of mind, knowing they can confidently tow a vehicle and handle steep hills. Plus, the longevity and performance of Cummins engines routinely translate to much higher resale value than comparable gasoline-powered RVs.

With engines rated from 300 hp to more than 605 hp, Cummins offers power and reliability for every type of motorhome on the market.

X15

The most popular heavy-duty engine in North America, the X15 is capable of powering premium motorhomes of any size with up to 605 hp and 1950 lb-ft of peak torque. The X15 also has best-in-class braking horsepower, for greater vehicle control.

X12

The X12, with up to 500 hp and 1695 lb-ft of peak torque, is the lightest engine in its class. Ideal for larger luxury motorhomes, with the highest power-to-weight ratio so you can easily accelerate on short highway on-ramps, even while towing a car, boat or trailer.

L9

The L9 has provided 30 years of continuous improvement. The XPI fuel system enables quiet, responsive operation while replaceable wet liners, roller followers, bypass oil filtration and targeted-piston cooling result in extended life and higher resale value. The L9 has ratings ranging from 330-450 hp with up to 1250 lb-ft of peak torque.

B6.7

The B6.7 features a High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) fuel injection system that enables multiple injection events per cycle, for cleaner, quieter and more complete combustion. The proprietary VGT™ Turbocharger delivers strong throttle response and dependability while Cummins fully integrated engine and aftertreatment system ensure near-zero emissions.
