ARTICLE VIII

AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

Section 8. Amendments to the constitution may be made as follows:

(a) Any member may suggest changes in the constitution to the Board of Directors, addressed to the President. If approved by the Board of Directors, the Secretary shall prepare ballots for the members to vote by mail within 30 days. If the change receives the approval of two-thirds of all ballots returned, it will be effective 30 days later, and the constitution revised accordingly.

ARTICLE IX

SHOWS

Section 9. The association shall sponsor at east one show each year. The organization of the shows shall be the responsibility of the Vice-President and the Board of Directors, who shall inform the members of their decisions.

ARTICLE X

Section 10. The Tennessee Pigeon & Dove Club may be dissolved at any time by majority vote of the membership.
