ARTICLE VII

MEETINGS

Section 7. The meetings shall be:

(a) Held on the first Saturday of each month. Five (5) adult members in good standing shall constitute a quorum. A majority of votes cast on any question shall be counted as the official action of the association. Minutes of the proceedings shall be kept and read at the next club meeting. The order of business at all meetings shall be:

1)    Sign in

2)    Report of the President

3)    Report of the Secretary-Treasurer including reading and

       approving of minutes of last meeting

4)    Unfinished business

5)    New business

6)    Discussion

7)    Adjournment.

Roberts Rules of order

shall be the authority of Parliamentary procedure.
