ARTICLE IV

OFFICERS

Section 4. The officers of this club shall be:

(a) President, Vice-president, Secretary-Treasurer (one office) and publicity Director. They shall hold office for 1 year, with^.the privilege of unlimited re-election for another term of office of 1 year.

(b) In addition to the above officers, one director shall be elected from the members in good standing; and with the officers shall comprise the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE V

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Section 5. The election of officers shall be as follows:

(a) In election years (which fall in the odd calendar years), the president shall appoint a nominating committee of two or more members (at large) by October. This committee shall contact prospective candidates for the four offices and the board of directors, and present a slate of recommended nominees to the President and Secretary by December 1. The Secretary shall prepare a ballot and mail it to all members. Ballots must be returned to the Secretary by December 31. New officers will be notified and automatically installed at the January meeting of the new fiscal year.
